We’re Hiring: Partnership Development Manager (Remote)

COHM Inc. is a company that thrives on collaboration. We specialize in custom on-hold marketing, professional voice recordings, and branded audio experiences for businesses across North America. But we don’t do it alone—we work with phone system providers, VoIP companies, and business associations to create partnerships that benefit both sides.
Now, we’re looking for a Partnership Development Manager to help us grow through new collaborations and strategic alliances.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and reach out to potential partners (telecom companies, VoIP providers, MSPs, and associations)
- Build mutually beneficial partnerships—where they promote our services, and we promote theirs
- Help develop bundled offerings or co-marketing opportunities
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners and track performance
- Represent COHM in virtual networking events or online communities (if applicable)
- Report on outreach, follow-ups, and successful partnerships
Who You Are
- You’re a people person who knows how to build strong, lasting relationships
- You’ve got experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- You’re comfortable working remotely and independently
- You understand phone systems or are willing to learn (big plus if you already have industry contacts!)
- You’re creative, proactive, and not afraid to reach out and start conversations
